Little yoga routine


A warming routine since spring still hasn't quite sprung:

Half dog at wall.
Push into wall as you stretch hips back.

Warrior 1

Warrior 2

Downward dog

Child's pose

Boat. Do this one three times :)

Seated twist. With legs in cow head pose if you'd like a variation.

Lie down in savasana and let your eyes sink down towards the back of the head.
Feel that Mother Earth comes from below to support your weight. Let go of all the shoulds and got to do stuff in your mind. Let everything be exactly as it is.
