Little yoga routine

Spring is here!
There were seven, yes, seven fluffed up robins sitting in my birch tree this morning. They were looking dazed and cold. Where are the worms and grass?

Your routine for this week:
Eagle pose

Squat. It's good for you!

Downward dog

Pigeon

Seated twist

Savasana:
Visualize a full moon shining inside your head. The moonlight is spreading out, filling the space inside of you and all around you. Nothing stops the light, as it spreads to infinity. Dissolve the mind in that light.
