Sometimes it is good to talk to the body. To ask it what it needs. How are you today? What can I do for you? Are you happy with the amount of exercise you get? Are you happy with the nourishment you are getting?
If my belly had a voice what would it say? Too much work. I need a rest from the variety and amount of food! That is what mine says today.
You can ask any part of the body. Ask and be surprised what you might find out :)
